Booking request
Dear guests of the Genuss-Atelier,
please note that the contact form is only a reservation request and
only after our confirmation or feedback a definite reservation can be
made.

Notes on your reservation...
On the day of your reservation (or the day before) we will call you again on your mobile number to confirm your reservation.
If we can't reach you and you don't report back
to us by 4 p.m. on the day for which you made your reservation, we will
give the table to waiting guests.
For reservations for Saturday noon, cancellation is still possible free of charge until the day before (Friday) 11 pm.
If
you have confirmed your reservation and still do not show up at the
restaurant, we will charge you € 60.00 per head for the cancellation,
this also applies if you do not appear in full with the number of people
you have named.
