Shipping & Pickup: We ship via DHL to Germany and Austria, delivery time 3–5 business days. Sensitive items are shipped refrigerated; shipping costs depend on weight. Orders containing alcohol are delivered in person only – DHL performs an age verification, parcel drop-off is not possible. Alternatively, pick up your order free of charge at Restaurant Genuss-Atelier, Bautzner Straße 149, Dresden.

All products are selected by Genuss-Atelier – wines from winemakers in Saxony and Saale-Unstrut, delicacies, and gift boxes from our online shop. Since 2019, our restaurant has been awarded one star in the Guide Michelin.

SALT FOR REFINING
This blend of sea salt and specially selected aromas is designed to add a certain fresh, savory, or tangy note to your dishes, which is just what is needed to enhance their own special flavor when cooking & frying.

FRUIT PRESERVE
Blueberries, raspberries, cherries, and strawberries are the dream ingredients that make up our fruit preserve. These fruits are primarily harvested in our local regions. A delicious mixture, rich in beneficial properties, a concentrate of good taste and authenticity.
Flavor: a cocktail of aromas ranging from tart to sweet.

WINERY GRAPE JUICE SPRITZER - PLEASE NOTE: currently unavailable
Enjoy pure refreshment with the grape juice spritzer from the Böhme & Töchter winery! The sparkling combination of aromatic grape juice and fine mineral water provides a natural, fruity delight – completely without additives. Perfectly chilled in a handy 0.25l bottle, it is the ideal companion for on the go or for a short gourmet break.

Instead, we are including an apple-currant-raspberry fruit secco from the company Van Nahmen.
