The voucher is valid for a full 4 years from the date of issue and can be redeemed in the restaurant or in the online shop. The entire voucher value must be used on the day of your visit – any remaining balance can be applied to additional courses, drinks, or wines to take home. No residual vouchers can be issued.

How will I receive the gift card?
Your gift card is printed on fine paper and safely delivered via DHL (3–5 business days) to your preferred address, or ready for free pickup at Restaurant Genuss-Atelier after brief preparation. Any delicacies ordered alongside (such as chocolates or seasoning salts) will be carefully included.
How long is the voucher valid?
All our gift vouchers are valid for 4 full years from the date of issue – gifting completely stress-free.
What can the voucher be redeemed for?
The voucher can be redeemed at the restaurant (for the surprise menu, à la carte dishes, or wines) as well as in our online shop.
What happens to any remaining voucher balance?
The voucher value must be used completely on the day of your visit. You can easily balance any remaining amount by choosing an additional course, fine drinks, or a bottle of wine to take home. No partial residual vouchers or cash payouts can be issued.
Does the gift card include a personal dedication?
We intentionally deliver our gift cards blank inside, giving you generous space to add your personal greeting by hand. A handwritten dedication makes every gift truly unique.
