THE LITTLE JUNIPER BOMB 46.5% VOL  
Juniper Jack is classic, juniper-like , intense and simply straightforward, pure yet complex and multifaceted. A "juniper bomb" that continues to unfold its explosive power on the palate minutes later. 
We recommend serving with ice cubes & lemon zest and our dry Goldberg Tonic Water . 
 
GOLDBERG TONIC WATER  
The GOLDBERG Tonic Water impresses with its intense taste experience. Light sweetness combined with a hint of fresh lemon and a pleasant, slightly bitter note.  

HERB BUTTER  
Herb butter is a fantastic culinary trick to put to good use and can be an easy way to liven up a weeknight dinner.  

If you ask us, you can never go wrong with herb butter: it simply serves to intensify and improve the taste of other foods. Whether for grilling steak, for fish, on corn on the cob or vegetables, when preparing garlic bread or even on mashed potatoes . Whenever you think a little butter is a final gimmick to your dish - then use our Genuss-Atelier herb butter. Herb butter is simply our all-time favorite !  

BALSAMIC GLACE  
A new product from Genuss-Atelier. Made from Aceto Balsamico di Modena, it has the characteristic intense brown color with a long-lasting fragrance and balanced aroma. 
This vinegar speciality with a full-bodied taste is perfect for refining crisp salads, antipasti and tomato mozzarella! It is ideal for sharing, trying and tasting with friends and family.  

HERBAL OIL  
Our rapeseed oil with herbs combines the benefits of organic oil and healing, aromatic herbs. This makes it a daily answer to the nutritional need for omega-3 fatty acids and offers a balanced taste for a variety of cold and warm dishes. The herbs bring an exciting sweet-sour ratio together with the distinctive taste of rapeseed. Thanks to this harmonious combination, our herbal oil brings freshness and aroma to all cold culinary dishes.  

SALT FOR MEAT  
This mixture of sea salt and specially selected flavours is used to give your meat dishes a certain piquant note that is needed to achieve their special, 
to enhance your own taste. It is best to use the salt for dark meats such as lamb, game and beef.
