Columns, niches and round-arched windows made of unplastered stone create a special, rustic atmosphere in this still quite new restaurant, which has ad hoc earned itself a permanent place in the city.
What comes here on the modern wooden tables is contemporary and imaginative, prepared from local and worldly ingredients. The Saxon raw ham is served with radish and black rice, while the veal is served with black salsify and potato tree cake. Silver onions make a comeback with grilled roast beef. Saxon wines.
