Chef Achim Müller was on tour for Kabel 1 in search of the best poultry dishes in Germany. From ostrich to classic chicken breast, everything is included - and of course the Genuss-Atelier.
Chef Achim Müller regularly travels on behalf of Kabel 1 to take viewers on a culinary journey.
In the program "Abenteuer Leben" from Tuesday, 01.12.2020, he goes in search of the best poultry in Germany.
This also led him to us.
With pigeon breast, roast pigeon and winter vegetables with sauce as the first course (comment: "I've already fallen in love")
and white chicken with truffle sweet potato on leg ragout with potato and truffle foam as the second course (comment: "This is the absolute top roast!")
the chef was in seventh gourmet heaven.
He gave the Genuss-Atelier 5 points ("I thank you 33,000 times").
