No-Show fee: On busy days, we will contact you on the mobile number you have provided to reconfirm your reservation by telephone. If we cannot reach you and do not hear back from you by 4.00 pm at the latest on the day of your reservation, the table will be released for waiting guests. Reservations for Saturday lunchtime can be cancelled free of charge until 11.00 pm the day before (Friday).
If you have already confirmed your reservation online via our reservation portal Quandoo, there is no need for an additional call from us.
If you do not turn up despite your reservation/confirmation or do not arrive in the specified number of people, we will charge a no-show fee of €60.00 per person. This regulation enables us to plan in the best possible way and utilise our resources efficiently. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to your visit.
