The wine cellar is located in the heart of Bad Bibra , where, under the direction of cellar master Sören Siegmund, distinctive wines are produced on more than 200 m2, based on centuries-old tradition and paired with experience and unusual fermentation processes.
This combines proven cellar technology with optimal conditions for development, fermentation and storage.
The dedication to the origin of their wines is reflected in the variety of fermentation methods used. In addition to fermentation in the fermentation egg and clay amphora , they also use classic methods such as steel tanks for the cuvée and wooden barrels for aging.
