About this product

Description:

This aquavit is traditionally made from a mixture of caraway, anise and coriander . This mixture is complemented by a hint of fruity pepper and mild alcohol. After six months of storage in oak barrels, a complex distillate with rich fullness and multi-layered aromas develops.

flavor profile:
The aquavit impresses with its complex character, which is characterized by a balanced mixture of caraway, anise, coriander and a hint of fruity pepper.

Aftermath, finish:
In the finish, this aquavit impresses with long-lasting and warming caraway notes that give the palate a pleasant feeling.

Ingredients and origin:
The aquavit is made from carefully selected ingredients, including caraway, anise, coriander and pepper.

Processing:
The ingredients are gently macerated in a cold extract with finely distilled neutral alcohol, allowing the mazarate sufficient time to optimally develop all the aromas.

manufacturing process:
After the cold extraction, a gentle distillation takes place, with additional fresh ingredients being added in the aroma basket during the distillation process. The aquavit is then aged for 6 months in oak barrels to further develop its characteristic properties.
