About this product
"Life is like a box of chocolates - you never know what you're going to get."
Quote from the movie "Forrest Gump"
With our pralines from Valrhona Chocolate, you can give your taste buds a sweet blind date. Each of these pralines is a small masterpiece that contains creativity, real craftsmanship and a lot of attention to detail. Covered in milk, dark or white chocolate, these little treats contain delicious and creative fillings with that certain something: sometimes fruity and fresh, sometimes nutty and mild, and sometimes with a little alcoholic fire.
However, if you would prefer to find out in advance about the exact ingredients of our current selection of pralines (for example due to food intolerances), please feel free to contact us.
PRALINES
Did you know that to be called a praline, a praline must have a minimum chocolate content of 25%, be bite-sized and have a filling of nuts, fruit or liquid components?
The praline, or also called praliné, is a bite-sized product made of chocolate with flavor-determining fillings (ganache, nougat, nuts, pistachios, liqueur, marzipan) or fruit. Due to its particularly complex preparation, the praline is considered the pinnacle of the chocolatier's art.
