Collection: Pawis Winery

Bernhard Pawis grew up with the vineyard work that has defined the Unstrut Valley for centuries. Inspired by the fall of the Berlin Wall, his parents founded a small winery in 1991, which is now recognized as a VDP estate.
Driven by passion, a feel for nature, and a love for the craft, they produce wines full of character, predominantly dry, with aromas typical of the grape variety. Modern vinification meets a spirit of experimentation – always in search of the perfect wine.
