Wines from DREI HERREN – Character from steep slopes

Our hand-picked wines come 95% from the traditional steep slopes of Radebeul’s Oberlößnitz – including the Ballberg and Hermannsberg – as well as from the Sörnewitzer Boselberg, a single-vineyard site in the Spaargebirge mountains of Meissen. The sunny terraced locations and their unique soils of syenite and biotite granodiorite define the unmistakable character of our wines: zesty, delicately fruity, and mineral-driven.

In their vinification, they place the utmost importance on emphasizing the terroir and the varietal character of each grape. In the cellar, they work with time and care – never at the expense of quality. Artificially accelerated maturity is out of the question for the team at Weingut DREI HERREN. Instead, they give each wine exactly the amount of aging it needs to reach its full potential.
